Pre Engineering Building

Our ranges of prefabricated steel structures are suitable for use as steel structure warehouses, workshops, hangars, factories, offices, shopping centres, exhibition halls, prefabricated schools and recreational facilities.

Pre Engineering Building construction is ideally suited to industrial buildings and warehouses; it is cheap, very fast to erect, and can also be dismantled and moved to another site – more on that later. These structures are sometimes called ‘metal boxes’ or ‘tin sheds’ by laymen – they are essentially rectangular boxes enclosed in a skin of corrugated metal sheeting.

Great speed is achieved because while the foundations and floor slab are being constructed, the beams and columns – the structural system – are being fabricated in the factory. Once the foundations and floor are done, the columns are shipped to the site, lifted into place by cranes, and bolted together.

PEB has a higher finish and looks more beautiful. PPGL steel coils have a higher finish than PPGI steel coils.

Stage 01: Quotation

Let's stick to the latest international codes and standards unless local conditions say otherwise. We’ll provide 3D proposal drawings for a clearer view, along with detailed breakdown tables and unit cost explanations. Plus, we’ll create a custom design that balances investment cost, time, looks, and ease of operation and maintenance.

Stage 02: Fabrication

We use top-notch detailing software like STAAD Pro and Tekla, along with high-quality materials that meet ASTM standards, all sourced directly from trusted suppliers. Our manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka and China are state-of-the-art, and we have strict quality control measures in place. Plus, you’ll get weekly updates on manufacturing progress, and each project has its own dedicated project manager to keep things running smoothly.

Stage 03: Delivery

We ship steel buildings and structures all over the world in 40’ containers. Plus, we’ve got special loading skids that make unloading at the job site super quick and easy. And don’t worry, all the accessories are safely packed in wooden boxes and plastic covers!

Stage 04: Installation

We offer free supervision from our senior engineers, guiding contractors on how to unload materials properly. We also check everything that comes in together, provide hands-on help during installation, and quickly respond to any customer needs. Plus, we handle any claims, shortages, or damages that might pop up.
